The songs of this album talk about the magnificent nature of Brazil. The Amazon river and forest, its incomparable flora, wildlife, plants, birds, fishes, and huge diversity of tree species. Piry & Bruno have taken this purity of nature and injected it into city life creating a dreamlike reality where there are no ideological, religious or artistic barriers. Musically it is a bridge crossing classical bossa nova style to modern Brazilian music which reinvents itself, advances and evolves as nature does. The authenticity of the music conveyed through this mini album has no pre concepts about digital technology, and basic electronic instruments are treated sensitively together with acoustic ones, creating a fragile but courageous bridge to the future.
